The Fair will last two and a half days. During this time, importers will hold business meetings
with the different wineries and will also be able to enjoy socio-cultural activities to promote
the relationship between participants and complement their stay in Pamplona.
Meetings between wineries and importers will be managed by a prior agenda through our
platform where both parties will be able to request meetings, which must be accepted or
rejected by the other party.
Participants will have access to the platform one month prior to the fair, providing sufficient
time to organize the agenda.
The meetings will have a duration of 30 minutes and the time will be controlled by the bell
method, ensuring the punctuality and completion of all meetings.
The fair will be complemented with different socio-cultural activities outside the fair hours
with which we seek to promote the relationship between wineries and importers in a more
relaxed atmosphere.
An exhaustive quality selection will be carried out among the best leading European importers and supermarket chains with interest in the wineries participating in the fair.
Participating importers will also be able to request meetings with the wineries prior to the fair
and continue to complete their agenda in person.
All importers will have a meeting agenda as well as a socio-cultural agenda to complete their
stay and promote relations with the wineries at all times.
Both national and international wineries will participate in the fair, offering a wide variety of
products.
During the fair, the wineries will be divided into national and international, also, by wine-
growing areas, facilitating their location and signposting.
The wineries will have a table as an exhibitor, not as a Stand, favoring equal spaces. This makes
it possible to dedicate resources to promote the fair among quality importers, achieving the
highest importer-winery ratio in Spain.
